He was predeceased by: his parents, William Buchanan Jr. and Joan Ann Buchanan; and his granddaughter Saylor Grace Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Tania Buchanan; his children, June Michelle Wallace, William John Buchanan V, Gavin James Buchanan and Liam Sean Buchanan; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Jade Shivers, Morgan Tania Shivers and Scout Michelle Wallace; his sisters, Ruth Ann Howell, Patricia Ferguson and Janice Robinson; and his pets, Brady and Kobe.
Mr. Buchanan became a community leader as a Board Member of the Ocean Springs Yacht Club and Founder of the non-profit Youth Sports Foundation.
