He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Earnest Farr; and his nephew Robert Pennington. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert E. Farr (Luanne) of Houston and Carol L. Farr of Houston; his siblings' children, Megan Patterson (Dejay Ewing), Nathan Patterson (Savannah Clark), Ricky Pennington and David Bolin (Roselyn); and his stepmother Alice "Jo" Farr.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Southern Funeral Home (1012 N Jackson St, Houston, MS 38851). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
