She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Fay Caldwell; and her daughter Stephanie Noel. She is survived by: her husband Rodger Lee Steele, Sr. of Olive Branch, MS; her children, Rebecca Pashia (Bruce) of Springfield, MO, Victoria Steele (Amy) of Leavensworth, KS, Walter Emerson Durston (Lara) of Plattsmouth, NE, Rodger S. Steele, II (Amy) and Royce Steele (Anna) of Waynesville, MO; her father Walter Lewin Walker (Charlene) of Byhalia, MS; and her sister Carla Gail Pitsch (Chris) of Hernando, MS.. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
