He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Browning Pass and William Edward Pass, Sr.; and his siblings, Kay Raymer, Joe Pass and Jimmy Pass.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Pass of Olive Branch; and his children, Betty Stump of Olive Branch, Patty Markham of Olive Branch, Pandy Pass of Spruce Pine, NC, Samantha Williams (Neil) of Olive Branch, Jamie Pass (Nikki) of Olive Branch, Jason Pass of Olive Branch and Lindsey Broadway of Olive Branch. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
