He was predeceased by : his grandfathers, Kenneth "Gene" Eugene Huckabee and Jim Ed Holden; and his cousin Chelsey Charnes. He is survived by : his parents, Ron Holden and Kathy Holden; his children, Amber Visser and Wyatt Holden; his siblings, Hannah Holden Owens (Justin) and Hunter Holden (Jessica); his grandmothers, Glenda Holden and Barbara Huckabee; his parents-in-law, Angela and Terry Visser; his sister-in-law Mary Haynes; and his nieces and nephews, Peyton, Paxton, Sam, Noah, Zoey and Paisley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be directed to an account that has been set up at Trustmark Bank in benefit of Cody's son, Wyatt Reid Holden (please put his full name in the memo section of your check).
