He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Collins and Irene Collins; and his father-in-law Shorty Chambliss. He is survived by: his wife Diana Collins; his sister Pam Trainum (Kenny); his mother-in-law Renae Chambliss; and his siblings-in-law, Hannah Gatlin (James), Danny Chambliss (Lisa) and Josh Chambliss (Tina). He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
