He is survived by: his wife Betty Loftis Tipton; his sons, Carlton Tipton and Clayton Tipton (Felicia); his stepdaughter Ellison Loftis-Jones; his grandchildren, Joshua Tipton (Alicia), Wesley Tipton (Emily) and Tessa Tipton; and his great grandchildren, Amber Kidd, Evelynn Tipton and Jeremiah Tipton.
