He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ray Freeman of Olive Branch; his children, Chip Freeman (Sherry) of Hernando, MS and Carmen Freeman Kelsey (Richard) of Collierville, TN; his grandchildren, Katherine Freeman of Batesville, MS, Savy Kelsey Fay (Brian) of Memphis, TN, Alley "Kitty" Cawthon (Ryan) of Washington, DC, Trey Freeman DC, Richard Forrest Kelsey of Asheville, NC and Hardin Franklin Stonewall Kelsey (Monica) of Memphis; his great grandchild Aurora "Rory" Jane Cawthon of Washington, DC; and his brother Sidney Randolph Freeman of Olive Branch.
