She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilkins Goodwin and Mable Edna Goodwin; her former husband David Stewart; and her siblings, Mildred E. Goodwin Waldrop, Archie Goodwin, Sr., W. C. Goodwin and Lawrence Goodwin.
She is survived by: her husband Monty Watson; and her sister Betty Wren (Lee). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jessie requested memorial donations be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church or the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
