He was predeceased by: his parents, Orman Taylor and Ruby Taylor; his siblings, Gene Taylor (Jessie), Jimmie Taylor (Carolyn), Don Taylor (Margie) and Robbie Shaw (John, Sr.); and his brother-in-law Lyniel Huffman.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; and his sisters, Emma Huffman and Linda Vatter (Clarence). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
