It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Sherard of Olive Branch, Mississippi, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leon Sherard to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin Franklin Sherard and Ethel Mae McElhannon; and his siblings, Hilda Brawner, Agnes Glisson, Betty Rhodes, Gilbert Sherard and Alton Sherard.

He is survived by : his wife Anita Sherard; his children, David Leon Sherard (Agnes), Danny Wade Sherard (Gayle), Donna Porter and Doug Sherard (Donna); his grandchildren, Amanda Daugherty (David), Benjamin Sherard (Stephanie), Elizabeth Sherard, Hunter Porter (Stephani) and Nathan Porter; his great grandchildren, Lucas Sherard, Katelyn Sherard, Lukas Porter, Emma Porter and Beau Porter; and his sister Ann Allen.
