He was predeceased by : his son Ronnie Clark; his parents, Thelma Marie Clark and Ethel Ellis Clark; and his siblings, Jim Clark and Dean Sanders.

He is survived by : his daughters, Cyndi Herrington of Olive Branch, MS, Debbie Clark of Olive Branch, MS, Amy Bynum (Ben) of Southaven, MS and Becky Clark of New York, NY; his siblings, Don Clark (Barbara) of Holden Beach, NC and Dot Ford of Bartlett, TN; his grandchildren, Andrew Herrington (Kayla) of Guntown, MS, Clark Paccasassi of Southaven, MS and Lily Bynum of Southaven, MS; and his great grandchild Aubrey Herrington of Guntown, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
