He was predeceased by : his parents, Ann Jeanette Paukert and Otis H. Jones Sr.; and his sister Phyllis A. Jones. He is survived by : his daughters, Ashley Borden (Kyle) and Christy Crawford (Kendrick); his friend Susan Jones; and his grandchildren, Makayla Jones, Chyles Crawford, Ryan Borden, Jagger Borden and Karson Crawford.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Disabled American Veterans.
