She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Lee House and Ima Beatrice House; her siblings, Brenda Sutherland and Gerald House; and her husband James Merlin Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Taylor, Lori Curtiss, Lisa Taylor, Beth Williams and Mary Preusch; her grandchildren, Jarrod Taylor, Kellee Taylor, Jill Sugg, Josiah Curtiss, Abby Baker, Nikki Pollard, Justin Pollard, Isaac Pollard, Brooke Riley and Lacey Williams; and her siblings, Earl House, Barry House, Pam Castleman and David House. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Brantley Funeral Home (6875 Cockrum Rd, Olive Branch, MS 38654). A committal service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Blocker Cemetery (9501 Pigeon Roost Rd, Olive Branch, MS 38654).
