It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Howell of Olive Branch, Mississippi, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Leldon Howell and Emily Howell; and his brothers, Jerry Howell, Michael Howell and Billy Howell.

He is survived by : his wife Lynette "Nettie" Howell; his children, Victor Norberg (Shayla), Melissa Norberg, Megan Norberg and Richard Howell, Jr.; his siblings, Larry Howell (Debbie), David Howell, Terry Howell (Nikki), Barbara Lawrence (Willie) and Brenda Hunter (Walter); and his grandchildren, Jason Norberg and Gemma Norberg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
