We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2025, at the age of 86, Shirley Anne Alsup (Olive Branch, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Shirley Anne departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Shirley Anne. Though Shirley Anne may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Whittington and Martha Whittington; her husband Leslie Alsup; and her siblings, Wallace Whittington and June Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Harris (Tim) of Springfield, TN and Paige Rollins (Scott) of Olive Branch, MS; her sister Ramelle Baker; and her sister-in-law Monta Whittington.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made in Mrs. Shirley's Memory to Gideons International.
