He was predeceased by : his father Gery Cummings. He is survived by : his mother Bettie Cummings; his wife Michelle; his children, Connor and Bettie; and his siblings, Brent Cummings (Laura), Meredith, Katie Cummings Chustz and Jamie (Steven).
