He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William L. Jaquith, Sr. and Dorothy Mae Marshall Jaquith; and his father-in-law Billy Ray Blackwell, Sr. (Jessie Mae). He is survived by: his wife Katherine Blackwell Jaquith; his daughter Janet Allissa Jaquith; his nieces and nephews, Ryan McCarty (Nicole), Bo McCarty, Ryker Mangano, Charlee McCarty and Cameron Mangano (Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Jessie Blackwell, Billy Ray "Plowboy" (Lawanda) and Linda McCarty (Brian).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ellisville Funeral Home (1204 B Avenue, Ellisville, MS 39437). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church (1164 Old Hwy 15 Rd, Ellisville, MS 39437).
