He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Culpepper and Julia Culpepper; and his siblings, Dianne Culpepper and Stephen Culpepper. He is survived by: his wife Janice Culpepper; the fathers of children, Garett Culpepper (Robin) and Grant Culpepper (Monica); his grandchildren, Hanna Herrington, Cade Culpepper, Tate Rahaim, Avery Culpepper, Easton Culpepper, Collin Culpepper and Cash Culpepper; his great grandchild Lennox Herrington; and his brothers, Robert "Bob" Culpepper (Sandy) and Thomas "Sonny" Culpepper.
