He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Alfred Walters and Louetta Walters; and his brothers, Joe E. Walters, Sr. and Larry T. Walters. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Walters (Shara) and James Walters (Spring); his brother Johnny Walters (Susan); and his grandchildren, Elaina Walters Bates (John), Sabrina Walters, Anslea Robinson (Julian) and Reese Walters. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church (1164 Old Hwy 15 Rd, Ellisville, MS 39437). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
