He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ashley Grantham and Ruth Kilgore Grantham. He is survived by: his wife Ann Wynne Grantham; his children, Barry Grantham (Margie), Brad (Meg) of Oxford, Mississippi and Ashley Grantham Luke (Matt Luke) of Watkinsville, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Meredith Grantham of Nashville, Gray Grantham, Wynne Grantham, Price Grantham of Oxford, Harrison Luke and Cooper Luke of Watkinsville, Georgia; and his sister Bonnie Lynn Grantham of Olive Branch, Mississippi..
