We are sad to announce that, on December 1, 2024, at the age of 92, Baker Jd of Oxford, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Baker may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Baker touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee Baker and Josie Baker; and his wife Nellie Stanford Baker. He is survived by: his children, Danny Baker (Tina) of Oxford, MS, Gary Baker (Lisa) of Bartlett, TN and Carol Barnett of Munford, TN. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
