She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Sandefer and Eula Winter Sandefer; and her brothers, Harvey Lloyd Sandefer, Hubert Sandefer and Roy Sandefer.
She is survived by: her husband William Handy; her children, Rhonda White (Billy) of Millington, TN, Michael Dane Livingston of Oxford, MS, William Handy, Jr. (Rochelle) of Tarzana, CA, George Handy (Susan) of Arlington, TX and John Handy (Marie) of Austin, TX; her brother James Harold Sandefer (Annette) of Oxford, MS; and her grandchildren, Sarah Handy, Alex Handy, Cecilia Handy, Louis Handy, Heather White, Christopher White, Tonya Cora Cruz and Keri Livingston. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
