He is survived by: his mother Mattie Lucille "Lucy" Swanson; his children, Anthony Black (Emily) and Leigh Ann McIntosh; his former wife Becky Hellums; his brother Dean Black (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Mandalyn Black, Ty McAlpin, Gray McAlpin, Bella Black, Connor and Silas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Eastover Memorial Cemetery (420 N 16th St, Oxford, MS 38655).
