He is survived by: his sister Ginger Moore; his wife Patricia Ann Bishop; his children, Susan Blair Bishop and Steven Michael "Pete" Bishop (Denease); and his grandchildren, Mary Katherine Clinton, Steven Matthew Bishop and Margaret Ann Bishop.
