He is survived by: his wife Kathy Neff of Oxford; his children, Molly Neff of Oxford, Autumn Smith-Neff Ferguson (Drew) of St. Louis, MO and Ben Neff of Starkville, MS; his father John Neff of Riverside, CA; his brother Robert Neff of Castle Valley, UT; his brother-in-law Mark Bittmann of Riverside, CA; and his nieces, Heidi Wines of Riverside, CA and Katie Carpenter (Ryan) of Riverside, CA.
