He is survived by: his wife Shea Johnson of Oxford; his children, Ethan Johnson of Oxford and Avery Johnson (Luke Tucker) of Oxford; his parents, Raymond Johnson and Diane Allen Johnson of Madison, MS; his sister Alison Vowell (Patrick) of Madison; his parents-in-law, Tommy and Miriam Cain of Mize, MS; his brother-in-law Joel Cain (Wendy) of Mize; and his nephew Colin Opdyke.
