He is survived by: his sons, Kwandarius Petty and Kayden Petty (Myeshea); his siblings, Landria Davis, Shanda Petty, Crystal Blair and Alexus Jones; his grandmother Annie Petty; his nieces and nephews, Makai Washington, Noah Hodges, Ian Jones, Asher Henley, Pia Jones, Ana Jones and Aaliyah Blair; his uncles, William McEwen (Bobbie) and Herbert McEwen (Brenda); and his great-aunts, Ruby Taylor and Virginia McEwen Thomas.
