He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Allen and Marie Allen; his grandson Colt Allen Dooley; and his brothers, Wayne Allen and Doug Allen.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Allen of Abbeville, MS; his daughters, Alicia Dooley (Joey) of Abbeville and Ashley Allen of Abbeville; his grandson Ash Dooley of Abbeville; and his brother Tommy Allen (Becky) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by his 621 family; and a host of nieces, nephews.
