With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry D. Tedford of Oxford, Mississippi, who passed away on May 19, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Tedford and Nannie Lou Chapman Tedford; and his siblings, Bobbie Jean Mangilardi, William and Rodney Tedford.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Douglas Tedford of Oxford, Stephanie Leonard of Oxford, Denise Woods (Gilbert) of Oxford, Elizabeth Danford (Mike) of Oxford, Martha Joyce Boyd (Joshua) of Longview, WA and Kellye Blair Blakeney (Jamie) of Springdale, AR; his brother Gerald Dean Tedford of Southaven, MS; and his close friend Scott Michael. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations or memorials made in honor of Larry be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
