He is survived by: his wife Ida Pearl Adams of Etta, MS; his children, Dorine Adams of Memphis, TN, Allen Adams (Janice) of Southaven, MS and Micheal Adams of Marion, AR; his grandchildren, Kiara Adams, Keneshia Adams of Oxford, MS, Tiffanie Adams of Memphis, TN, Alexander and Madison Adams of Las Vegas, NV; his siblings, Ada Adams and John Adams (Selmer) of Beloit, WI; his siblings-in-law, Loyal Isom of South Bend, IL, Donald Moore (Virginia) of Leesburg, VA, Alma Adams, Peggy Adams of Beloit, WI, Glories Gatewood, Kenya Wooten of Memphis, TN and Valerie Adams of Orlando, FL; and his cousins, Hullie Williams of Oxford, MS, Ronald Williams and Clarence Williams (Vanessa) of Abbeville, MS.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the L. Hodges Funeral Service (721 Damascus Rd, Oxford, MS 38655). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at the Bethlehem Christian Methodist Episcopal Church (329 Co Rd 245, Abbeville, MS 38627).
