She is survived by: her husband Melvin Askew, Jr. of Maben, MS; her children, Amanda Piascik (Brandon) of Philipp, MS and Josh Alexander (Amber) of Greenville, MS; her stepdaughters, Megan Nicole Hodges (Blade) of Greenville, MS and Hannah Askew (Jamie Rochelle) of Greenville, MS; her brother Frank Brown (Regina) of Oxford, MS; her grandchildren, Lacey, Jacob, Maverick, Rowan, Riley, Rowdy and Jameson; her niece Blair Riddell (Sam) of Holly Springs; and her great-niece Allie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Waller Funeral Home & Cremation Services (419 MS-6, Oxford, MS 38655). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
