She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Elizabeth Byrnes Shipman and Otis Douglas Shipman, Jr.; her stepmother Irlene Shipman; her brother Danny Coppedge; her granddaughter Rebekah Newell Tettleton; her husband Darrell McDaniel; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Tettleton Mason (Scott), Rachel Kennedy Tettleton, John William Ferguson, James McDaniel Ferguson (Brooke) and Emma Grace Ferguson; and her great grandchildren, James Ferguson, Ephraim Ferguson and Baby Theodore Mason.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kerri Shannon McDaniel Tettleton (Robert) and Laurabeth McDaniel Ferguson (John); her siblings, Nell Ruth Wear, Paula Cunkleman, Louanne Goode, Doug Shipman (Janet) and David Coppedge (Donna); and her sister-in-law Sue Perry.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the North Oxford Baptist Church (304 Co Rd 101, Oxford, MS 38655). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
