We are sad to announce that, on October 16, 2025, at the age of 61, Randall Glenn Kisner of Oxford, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Glenn and Faye Ellen McLarty Kisner; and his brother Scott Allen Kisner. He is survived by: his significant other Elaine Kavyas Overing of Oxford; his son Jay Kisner (Casey Beard) of Oxford, MS; his grandson Hayden Glenn Kisner; his significant other's children, Athena Overing and Eric Overing; and his pets, Gigi, Raincloud and Vinnie.
