He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Parker and Christine Parker; and his brother Jackie Parker. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Sealand Parker of Oxford; his children, Buffy Hipp of Oxford, Katie Griffin (Wade) of Oxford and Kipp Parker (Melissa) of Oxford; and his grandchildren, Hunter Franklin (Marlie) of Dylan Parker, J. B, Liam Griffin of Oxford and Meredith Vaughn of Abbeville, MS.
