He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Enoch Foshee and Ivon Spratlin; and his siblings, Maggie Moorehead, Floretta Foshee, Jonita Foshee, J. W. Foshee, James Foshee, Lynn Foshee and Ray Foshee.
He is survived by: his wife Ardona Howell Foshee of Oxford, MS; his children, Olivia Foshee (Lauchlin Fields) of Vicksburg, MS and Rodger Allen Foshee, Jr. (Kateryna) of Oxford, MS; his brother Gene Foshee (Marion) of Tampa, FL; and his grandchildren, Anatolii Avdiienko, Maria Jessica Foshee, Grady Fields and Henry Fields.
