Phelps; her sons, Ken Phelps (Kendra) of Sardis, MS and Lee Phelps (Sarah) of Arkabutla, MS; her brothers, Jerry McCool (Shelia) of Tupelo, MS and Randy McCool (Debbie) of Eupora, MS; and her sister-in-law Elaine McCool of Houston, TX. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
