He is survived by: his wife Betty Stuart Hall; his son Kevin Riley Hall of Oxford, Mississippi.; his sisters-in-law, Alice Stuart of Madison, Debbie Stuart of Madison and Shirley Warren Stuart of Oxford, Mississippi.; his nephews, Whitney Douglas "Whit" Stuart III of Oxford, Mississippi and Andrew Christopher Stuart (Dorothy) of Lincoln, Nebraska; his great-nephew Thomas Stuart of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his great-niece Olivia Stuart of Lincoln, Nebraska..
