He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Morreale Garriga; his parents, Leo Garriga and Bernice Koenenn Garriga; his sister Linda Sue Garriga; his aunt Mary Garriga; and his brothers-in-law, Jake Morreale, Martin Morreale and Robert Saux.
He is survived by: his close friend Leona Lee; his sister Margaret Saux; his children, Vincent Garriga, Patrick Gerald Garriga of Pascagoula, James Garriga (Denise) of Pascagoula, Tony Garriga (Elesha) of Hurley, Jerry Jr. Garriga (Kristie) of Gautier, Matthew Garriga (Melissa) of Pascagoula and Bridgette Harbin (Kirk) of Pascagoula; his grandchildren, Tasha (Matt), Jake (Ashley), Tristan (Kendall), Will (Bailey), Alexis (Wesley), Austin, Jackson, Samuel and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Brelyn, Olivia, Wyatt, Charlie, Maddox and Wesley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul in Pascagoula or Resurrection School.
