He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Patton and Ruth Ward Patton; his son Ranada "Trey" Davis; his grandson Tenille Sellers, Jr.; his grandparents, William, Agnes Ward, Cavin and Alma Patton; his parents-in-law, Henry and Leeanna Sellers; and his sister Cynthia Patton Griffin.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sellers Patton; his children, Carlos Gill (Tejuania), Gabriel Miller, Tennile Donte Sellers, Sr., Deadrick Franklin, Sr., NaKeisha Montgomery (Timothy) and Martine Patton; his grandson Kelvin Marquise Patton; his sisters, Sonia Patton Burke, Pamela Patton Brown and Selena Sipp (Abram); his uncles, William Patton Willaim Ward (New Orleans), James (Deloris) and Ward of Atlanta, GA; his aunt Mary Teresa Ducksworth; and his sisters-in-law, Corine Montgomery (Roosevelt) and Yutaska Sellers.
