She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred W. Waters and Eva Mae Tillman Waters; her husband Jerry Wayne Howell Sr. of John's Episcopal Church; and her sister Julia. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Wayne Howell Jr. (Carolyn "Kay"), Paul Wesley Howell and Kellie Lane Crowder (Steve); her grandchildren, Alexis Howell, Anna Kate Pettis, Baillie Pettis and Jarrett Pettis; and her brothers, Fred and Jeff Waters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, Pascagoula, or a charity of the family's choice.
