We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2024, at the age of 83, Margaret Joan (Pascagoula, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr Thomas Hanley Foley and Mariann Duca Foley; and her husband Charles Edouard. She is survived by: her son Charles Edouard; her grandchildren, Claire and Charles IV; her sister Elizabeth "Jean" Williams (Dean); and her sibling's children, Jennifer Joan Evans (George), Thomas Dean Willliams (Jo'El Welch), Joseph Hunter Williams (Jamie), Marianna French, Maddie Willliams, Will French, Hunter Williams, Walker Williams and Cindy Haydel of New.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.
