He was predeceased by: his parents, Thantus T. Concannon and Mabel J. Concannon; his brother William Patrick Concannon (Pat); his niece Michelle C. Hedman; and also Janet H. Concannon.
He is survived by: his wife Bettie F. Concannon of Pascagoula; his sons, Douglas Concannon (Nancy) of Powdersville and Craig Concannon (Angela) of New Market, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Clay Concannon (McLellan) of Cary, Michael Concannon of Mebane, Ashley Concannon of Greenville, Evelyn and Lillian Concannon of New Market, Alabama..
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Arlington Baptist Church (2101 Market St, Pascagoula, MS 39567). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to either the Thantus M. Concannon Engineering Scholarship at 104 Fairchild Hall, Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS 66506, or the Janet Concannon Memorial Art Scholarship at 1200 Highland, Emporia State University, Emporia, KS 66506.
