She is survived by : her husband Charles Thompson; her children, Timothy Thompson (Shelley) and Stacy McKenzie (Johnathon); her granddaughters, Paisley Marie McKenzie and Lilly Jane McKenzie; her mother Karen German; and her brothers, Todd German (Lucretia) and Shawn German.

In lieu of flowers, Stacy and her family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis Tennessee.
