Collins (Maria), Debbie Robertson (Thomas) and David "Butch" Collins (Michele); his parents-in-law, Maurice and Gloria Hulbert; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Bush (David), Gina Scott (Dewayne) and Philip Hulbert (Holly). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
