He was predeceased by : his wife Joyce Goubler Francis; and his parents, Felix Francis, Sr. and Clara Dornhofer Francis. He is survived by : his children, Lisa Short (Arthur), Keith Francis, Mike Francis (Catina), Karen Kelley (Rodger) and Elizabeth Rose (Jeff); and his brother Felix Francis Jr.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
