He was predeceased by : his wife Ruby Saxon Cuevas; his parents, Rudolph Cuevas and Evelyn Shiyou Cuevas; and his siblings, Hubert Cuevas of Walter Cuevas, R. C, Horace Cuevas, Morris Cuevas, Hilma Cuevas, Dorothy Mills, Doris Ladner and Verline Bosarge.
He is survived by : his children, Melissa Martin (Matthew), Sherry Petty (Phillip) and Christopher Cuevas; his grandchildren, Preston Martin, Justin Martin, Taylor Cobb (Dalton Evans), Brody Cobb, Aubrey Cox, Maverick Petty, Lincoln Petty, Kiley Cuevas and Madison Cuevas; and his goddaughter Pamela Ladner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
