He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Lizana; his parents, Victor Lizana and Lillie Saucier Lizana; his brother Raymond Lizana; and his children, Faye Elizabeth Lizana and Troy Adam Meacham.

He is survived by: his children, Victor Joseph Lizana (Amy), Daniel Paul Lizana and Tara Lynn Lizana Lambert (Jeremy Lakin Lambert); his daughter-in-law Beverly Meacham; his grandchildren, Davis Lizana, Nicholas Lizana, Garon Lizana, Justice Hunter Lizana, Logan Ray Henderson, Lexie Janae Henderson, Paizlee Fayth Lambert, Collin Lakin Lambert, Jessi Lizana-Pinkal and Oliver Adam Meacham; and his great grandchildren, Aubree Faye Pinkal and Hunter Loil Lizana.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church (9062 Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian, MS 39571). A reception was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Pass Christian (9113 Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian, MS 39571). A burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Allen Cemetery (20240 28th St, Long Beach, MS 39560).
