He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Humphrey and Virginia Humphrey; and his parents-in-law, Laws Russell and Myrtle Bradford. He is survived by: his wife Gena Humphrey; his children, Kimberly Humphrey and Sean Humphrey; his grandchildren, Spence Humphrey and Leiland Humphrey; his siblings, Donna Moore and Gary Humphrey (Cherie); and his extended family, Tommie Levine (Karl), Evelyn Kendrick (Jim) and Wayne Bradford (Jamie).
The family welcomes floral arrangements and plants but, if you would like make a donation the family requested St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Lewis's name.
