He is survived by: his mother Linda Carter; his children, Todd Carter (Megan), Jessica Burrell (Carl Burrell) and Tearessa Webster (Nicholas Webster); his siblings, Bill Carter, David Carter (Lori) and Beth Easton (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Tegan, Nolan, Elijah, Capri, Blaine, Aydrian, Brison, Riley, Nikolay and Delaney.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A procession will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Highland Baptist Church.
